it sounds like a bleeder valve for brakes does it have a rubber cap on it ? and has a small hole in the end ,if so don't try to put lube in it, or is it a grease fitting ? it will have a little steel ball in the end
Look for a group of steel or nylon lines running together underneath the vehicle. Follow them till you get to a large cylinder. It looks like your model has one threaded and one quick connect fitting. You may need a special tool for the quick connect fitting.
try using a white lithium grease and spraying down the upper strut mounts if it is the mounts that are making noise, some times its also the lower ball joints squeeking from a lack of grease normally because the ball joints are sealed and ungreasable
Tuneups are a thing of the past since computers. Air cleaner, spark plugs gas filter , oil change are the only things left more or less.Sealed grease fittings mean no grease jobs either. That's why they charge $100/hr, no money in normal tuneups.
Cylinder number 5 is misfiring. Check spark plug, spark plug wire and ignition coil for the number 5 cylinder. The number 5 cylinder is the closest to the front of the car on the drivers side. With engine running in dark (at night) take a spray bottle of water and lightly mist spark plug wires and coil and look for arcing. Autozone will test coil for free.
