Well it can still be anything, locating a steering/suspension noise can be hard. Based on what you typed, what first comes to mind is the steering pump is worn out. If it is more of a low whining sound instead of squeaking, its probably the steering pump.

SOURCE: Have a squeaking noise from engine compartment

Could just be steering pump pulley having pressure which is normal. You can spray with wd40. They tend to do this more on left turns because of position of the pump.

DO SHOCKS WEAR OUT AND START TO AND SQUEAK WITH AGE

the squeaks will be dry rubber bushings. Use some wd-40 and squirt one bush at a time to find the squeak and replace that one or re-tension the nuts or bolts. could be the sway bar bushes.

FRONT END SUSPENSION Squeak

It is hard to tell with out more detail as to what makes it squeak. Does it squeak when you hit a bump, or while the vehicle is in motion? To test your struts simply push down on each front corner (above or next to headlight)as to rock the vehicle up and down. Pick a solid part as to not dent it. This is a good way to test your struts. If it goes up in a stiff motion(not rocking) its probably good. If it goes up and down easily and has a lot of play then your struts might need changes. The squeak could also be sway bar bushings as well. If it only squeaks when your in motion it could be your cv axle. If you are still in need please post more detail as to better diagnose the issue.

Check your sway bar links, the two bars at each end of the sway bar, connecting to the lower control arms. Sometimes you can spray them with silicone. Most likely have to replace them. Hope this helps. TJ

Have a 05 sebring sedan. front end squeaks in the suspension when it gets warm. have replaced everything in the the last year. what else could it be.

Usually squeaks are rubber bushings that need liquid soap lubrication. The anti-roll bar bushings and end links are common sources. So is the lower arm bushings that work with the strut assembly. Suggest getting under the car while someone pushes down on the front end to get it squeaking. Good luck!

2002 chry. Voyger has front end knocking noise when going over bumps.

Get someone to help you with this: Reach behind the front wheel just rearward of the strut and you'll find a vertical rod that bolts to the strut just below the spring perch and the other end goes to the sway bar. Hold it and get someone to rock the van as hard as they can. There's and astronomically good chance you'll feel a popping in this rod. If you do, you need to replace it. It's called a sway bar link. You'll need 2 of them and the sway bar bushings as well. Spray the nuts on the links down real good with wd40. Hold the back side with a pair of channel locks to keep the ball joints in them from turning. I take the top nuts off first, then the sway bar bushings so I can move that thing around to gain access to the bottom nuts. Then put them back in reverse order. Remember this, if you do it, no matter what anyone tells you, DO NOT lubricate the sway bar bushings. After the first rain, they'll start squeaking and they'll NEVER stop. They are supposed to go on dry.

How do i find a diagram showing my front end sway bar bushings?

The sway bar bushings are under the large clamps that hold the bar to the frame. The ends of the sway bar are connected to the struts by the sway bar links. When the links wear out, they clunk--not squeak. The bushings are under the retainer in the pic below.

Struts were replaced but there is still squeaking in front

possible sway bar links, strut bearing plates (they sit on top of the strut), ball joints, tie rod ends. If the you can make it squeek by pushing up and down on the front, have someone do this while trying to narrow where the noise is coming from.
