.threw low voltage to speed sensor ??? What's the code number P0xxx what ?. low voltage to speed sensor so you replaced it ? You people crack me up. you have a code reader pull a code an replace a part ,that's not how it works . In a service repair manual there are diagnostic procedures to follow for every code . Testing an not guessing is how to fix these type problems .
I'm leaning towards the ignition switch what could it be . Wheel sensors.? Tcm? Speed sensor buffer ? Computer ?
Quit trying to play auto tech . an take it to a qualified repair shop. you have no clue . The emergency brake light as you call it also comes on when there is a problem with the brake system and or the abs system ,hooking up a professional type scan tool an checking abs codes should also have been done .
You are stuck in limp mode the abs computer is not relaying a wheel speed signal to the pcm to tell it what gear to be in you need to have abs system scanned and check codes and the for proper wheel speed signals each wheel has a speed sensor on it . The fact that the insturment panel is not working could be the problem it is a computer that works in conjunction with abs to give input to the pcm. It will have to all start with checking the system for codes to get a proper starting point for diagnotics throwing guesses in the form of parts is only going to complicate the problem of frustration for you.
The error could be in transmission abs airbags or engine among others. As many modules these days is staggering. Suggest take it to dealer. Not many mechanic shops have the ability to check codes or repair suspension , airbag or other manufacturer specific design ed systems. And you will get much more knowledgeable mechanic. Could be as simple as wheel bearing loose, most prelevent cause, but without codes from computer making lights come on, were dead in water. Transmission in limp home mode makes me lead to guess, ya just a guess, to say you are missing a speed sensor. Signal. Now car will still start without crank sensor, tourque converter input speed sensor, trans output speed or any of the four abs wheel speed. Like I said loose wheel bearing causes mag pick up wheel speed sensor to miss counts, ad has predetermined amount of pulsed electrical signals it produces, when one not equal to others then pops code. Good luck write what code is found and where. Thx
.
Vehicle speed sensor, wheel speed sensor, your VSS operates you MPH and tells the trans how fast you are going and when to shift, it is telling the trans that your not moving so why would it shift? Next your ABS wheel speed sensor tell the car what wheel is moving at what speed to activate traction control and abs systems both are very sensitive and easy to break
