How to torque rocket arms 94 saturn sl - 1994 Saturn Sl

From what I can find it is 19 foot lbs for the rocker arm shaft.

you will find that it is broken, you need a new rear wiper motor and wiper arm. the large plastic gear inside the transmission cracks in half. very common problem with the rear saturn wipers. note that parts stores see that the front wiper motor is the same for 91-99 saturns so they think the rear is the same way. however the 94-95 rear wiper motor is different from the 96-99 rear wiper motor. good luck with it, you should be able to find a video on youtube of the procedure to replace it.

Are you talking about the rack and pinion steering arm boot?

Valve slash and clearance adjustments should only be performed by certified mechanics and is not a job for the garage or novice hands on type.
If you still decide to proceed, I suggest you get your hands on a maintenance manual which will list the procedure step by step, including proper torque values.

I do believe that that any SL series motor is interchangeable.
I just swapped an engine cradle from a 94 SL II with a cradle from a 2001 SL II.

it sounds like a bad cylnoid pack. replacing the tork converter usualy fixes it.
