Spray some starting fluid in your air intake and try to start it !! If it starts then your not getting fuel !! Possibly fuel pump!!!

Leave the key in it and buy the club for the steering wheel. Or put a hidden kill switch somewhere.

Have you replaced the Ignition Switch located on the Steering Column behind the Key Cylinder and held in place with 5.5mm bolts? Inside this round switch there are contacts that when contact is made either provides the route for power to start and keep the flow of electricity on or it keeps it from flowing to the components need to keep it running.
The very first problem you may have had would be the Key Minder Audible signal continue sounding with the ignition key removed and drivers door open.

You may have to find a shop that specializes in electrical work, or get a shop manual to be able to check every circuit on that fuse.
