Howdoi remove the oil filter on a 1989 celebrity?

If it is a 2.5 i found if in the oil pan has large ring you need to remove and replace with new one
the oil filter is an open type filter not canaster contained. drain oil and remove ring socket size is close to an inch but metric the you will see the filter just pull it off with a pair of pliers and slide on a new one then replace ring
dont over tighten ring as you might squish the rubber seal to much hope this helps >

On the 2.5 it is on the oil sending unit is on the rear of the motor below the intake manifold.On the 2.8 it is by the oil filter.Hope this helps.Good luck.

get your fuel filters and cataltic converter checked

This one is testing my memory lol ..Check inside the glovebox a little black cover on the right may be there.

The clip should lift up and then the pin should allow the blade to come off, you should have to use slight pressure on one end or the other

i have a 85 celebrity, it should be under the steering column, ull see a black box, theres a lever to release it

in the trunk there plastic butterfly nut you got to remove all of them pull lends of change bulb thanks pierre
