There are two relay's for the fog lamps in that relay box . fog lamp isolation an fog lamp relay . You can find a diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter your vehicle info. year , make , model , engine size . Under system click on electrical distribution , then under sub system click on relay . Hit the search button , then click on the link . Good luck !

you can find the location of this relay from the owners manual, if you don't have one you can download one from fleet.ford.com, or try your local library. The A/C relay, horn, and Fuel pump relays are all the same. Hope this helps, let me know
in the underhood fuse box just beside the master cylinder the fuel pump relay location number is 50B, in the same box also check fuse # 23
