1991 nissan maxima died while driving seen smoke come from fuse box inside car no power to window /Sunroof /a.c /wipers but will work with radio harness plugged in all fuses are good won't crank

sounds funny but disconnecr the battery and then hook it back up-I did this and power was restored to my radio-I have no idea why this worked.

Check power distribution panel near battery for blown fuses.

It should be on the reverse side of the fuse box cover if not you can see if it is in the owners manual if you have that ar know of some one that has the same car also a automobile dealership can help you autozone also has a online section that will help you locate the fuse and the fuse amperage ect ect ok

I had the same vehicle with the same problems. Its the actual switches. Once they are exposed to the smallest amount of moisture they quit working.
