Yes, I know that pipe. It must be the same set-up as a Chrysler 2.5L v-6, it's the inlet pipe for the water pump, runs down in the valley below the intake manifold, and enters the water pump's back side with an O-ring for the seal. Pretty odd set-up, I had to figure it out while taking it all apart to find a leak -in that very pipe. I don't know it's exact name, just call it the lower radiator hose connection to water pump inlet pipe. It will blow a new parts person's mind.
