the keypad on the driver door has a permanent 5 digit code. It is on the plastic credit type card that came with your owner manual packet. You can use that code, or set your own code. You first enter the permanent code, then hit the 1/2 button, and then set your own 5 digit code, then hit the 9/0 button.

For the Fobs that you hold in your hand, there is a procedure in the owner manual too.
Remove the screw(s) and wing nut retainers at the rear of the luggage compartment and push the trim away from the back of the light.
Remove the wing nuts retaining the light assembly to the vehicle and the retaining nut from either side of the luggage compartment and pull the light body assembly from the vehicle.
Turn the bulb socket(s) counterclockwise to the stop and remove the socket(s) from the light assembly. Remove the bulb(s) from the socket(s).
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
Push the trim away from the back of the light—1992-98 Crown Victoria
The rear tailamp assembly is held by various fasteners
Remove the wing nuts retaining the light assembly to the lower back panel—1992-98 Crown Victoria
Remove the nut retaining the light assembly from the side of the luggage compartment
Pull the light assembly away from the vehicle—1992-98 Crown Victoria
find your evaporator inlet outlet lines on the fire wall usually near heater core inlet outlet lines. then follow both lines until you find the one that goes to the compressor. that is your low side and the port should be on there
that could be alot of things... does your car run well...? has your engine been service lately?? is it time for your routine maitnance done..? plugs, Wires , oil,,., if all is well its always easy after all is checked? is to simply get the computer connected at a shop to find the code your light poped..
