Have you tried changing the gas filter? It sounds like it is starving for gas.

You need to isolate the problem. If it starts when you spray carb cleaner into the throttle body while cranking then problem is in fuel system.(pump, pump relay, filter or fuse) If not, then look into ignition system. Use any manual to get specific testing instructions and do not buy anything till you verify by testing that you really need that part or it can get unnecessarily expensive.
If you need more info on anything, just ask, but at the point you are at, careful testing will tell you far more than anyone here can tell you.

Find a quiet empty stretch of road. Go 50 mph, put the trans in NEUTRAL and shut the engine. If noise is still there, swing car left and right to detect noise differences. Could be hub or axle bearings. Not engine or trans if noise is still there. Hope this helps

check air filter see if dirty stop up .change fuel filter and check fuel pressure.

luis ,sounds like a clogged catalytic converter to me. does it sound like a giant vacuum cleaner? or a jet? you have a clogged converter. check for engine misfiring as this is usually the cause of the bad converter and will not help your power problem.
