I have new keys for my 1999 vw jetta tdi, but i don't have the remote to program the new keys. how can i go about doing this since there is no vw dealers in belize

"small"problem. If you don.t have remote control the keys can be programed only with diagnostic equipment. There is another procedure but you need of wiring diagram of the immobiliser to cut off the wire.Means - ignore for ever the immobiliser. Not safety in Belize.Just take your decision.

My Chrysler Town and Country won't start. Battery is fine. Neighbor said it seems like there is no gas getting to the engine. But it smells like gas when i try to start it.

Is the ignition system firing? Spark at the plug? Pull one wire off and put in close proximity to metal, turn key, should see blue spark jumping out of wire. If not then cause is in ignition system: crankshaft sensor, wiring, cap & rotor (if present) Fuses, relays. Ignition module. Something electrical.

Two more cases of 2008 town and country brake wear

Dodge, Plymouth, and Chrysler minivans are notorious for poor longevity of the front brake pads. Also, the low friction material "squeel" tabs are none to brake off or just not do the job they are meant to do. That is why people end up haveing to replace their rotors. I am an ASE certified mechanic with just under 15 years of experience. I tell all my customers with Chrysler minivan products to have their brakes at least once a year to avoid costly repair bills. If you can catch your brake pads before they start grinding into the rotors that's an expense everyone can afford to not have.

It was idealing on it's own. My finance' and I took it to autozone. They tested it and said it needed a tune up. The next day it was shut off if it sat to long. Today it would not start at all. We tried a...

you need to test the battery first. I try to tell people autozone are not technicans. They parts salesman, and poor ones at that. Try to find a shop that will test the battery if your finance' can get it out of the vehicle. Otherwise tow to a shop that employes ASE certified technicians. It is the best chance for you to be happy with spending money on the vehicle.
