1999 Volvo reading code P1081 what is it?The car used to start then i would drive 20 min and then it would turn off. Noe it does not start at all we hooked it up to the computer ans it read the code P1081. What could be the problem

This is a strange code that doesn't appear to have one definitive reason, it's a bit of "you have a bit of a problem, but we aren't sure". Just Answer dot com mechanic says it is the MAF Sensor.
0135 is 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 1017 , 2270 , 1081 , 1054 all these codes should all start with 0??? you should look at the ABS system for the rest of your codes
Assuming it is not a heat or fluid problem I expect it lies within the electronics of the tranny. When you turn the car off/on you tend to re-boot the tranny's ECU and the problem is then cleared, much like we find on a home PC (at least my home PC) I'd get it by a dealer, I believe there are codes the dealer can read for any issues.
sounds like you need a new battery, also have the alternater checked. as far as the alarm, you should be able to disarm the system by locking and unlocking the passengers door, then the drivers door with the key, when the door are closed
with out hooking up to scanner to pull codes have you changed fuel filter lately? had fuel pressure check? if i had codes could help more but thats where id start
