Code p 0102 refers to mass air flow(MAF) sensor /volume air flow (VAF) sensor --low input===causes --wiring short to ground ---MAF/VAF sensor ---ECM
check wiring for insulation problems or broken connections
replace the MAF sensor

Thats a BIG only problem. Did you ever hear it run?? Do you have the correct key? I would have a shop look at it, maybe the engines fried ,and that why you dont buy cars at an auction unless you know what you are doing.
