Trying to figure out alternator fuse number on 2010 Dodge journey sxt don't see the word alternator on fuse box have new battery and alternator but still goes click click when trying to start it

There isn't one. The alternator SUPPLIES power, it doesn't use it.

Not knowing which fuse is for the fog lights I believe I would have to check all of them. You could be having a problem with the switch or the wiring. I notice on the video above your headlights have to be on for your fog lights to work. I would check the wiring to the fog light plug and check for voltage. I would also check the wires on back of switch and see if you have voltage from the fog light switch.
I just had to change the connectors to the horn on my Chrysler 200 because corrosion/bad connection.
