It is under the dash to the left side of the fuse panel, remove the panel under the steering wheel for better access to it. Below is a picture of it, color may vary.

That is just a relay. Not a flasher relay.

That is a solid state electronic flasher relay (the little silver cans are gone long ago), I was a Ford dealer tech for 30 years I think I know what they look like.

2000 chevy cavalier blinkers are acting weird. the left side front and back blinkers stay on and do not flash sometimes. i notice it gets worse when its extremely hot out. also the right hand side did

First check all the bulbs to make sure they are good with an OHM meter or continuity tester (available from any auto parts store) then if that is not the problem andall looks good replace the turn signal combination relay module in the dash.
Pictures are of the location of the flasher relay, this is all behind the dash.

Replaced horn and now it wont work. Where is the fuse for the horn on a 2000 Merc Mountaineer

The fuse for the horn would be in the power distribution box located under the hood in the engine compartment (see picture below). Also below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The fuse you want to check will be the fuse in the number 10 position and should be a 15 amp fuse. There is a horn relay as well and the is the relay in that same box in the number 7 position. I hope this helps and good luck.

I need to replace the horn fuse in my 1997 mercury mountaineer

In your owners manual go to the index and look for fuses then go to that page. Look for the horn fuse which should be in the fuse box under your hood around your engine, in your owners manual is should tell you where it's located. Find the fuse for it by looking at the diagram on your owners manual and then pull that fuse out. You should have replacement fuses in the fuse box that's in your car, you have to open the car door to get to it. If you don't have that fuse just take it up to auto zone and tell them you need a replacement for that fuse.

I need a fuse panel diagram to replace the turn signal flasher. Thanks

Before replacing the flasher does the hazards work, Try wiggling the turn signal lever up and down and back and forth with the key on and the lever in each position. If the blinkers or hazards start flashing you'l need a multifuntion switch. This isnt a definative test if you get nothing you may have a blown fuse. As fas as the flasher goes, go buy one and then you will know what it looks like.

Blinkers

I'd try replacing the hazard switch - the relay for the turn signals is incorporated into it. My friend's daughter has the same car as your daughter, and after going through the wiring diagrams, that was the only candidate for causing the failure. We changed it and it fixed the problem.
