Purchased a used 2006 Taurus; was idling rough. Changed fuel filter, a mass air sensor, and a idle control sensor, still idles rough and now displays check engine...what on earth could be the cause

Disconnect the battery and wait awhile then reconnect the battery to "reset" the ECM. Drive it for awhile so the ECM can relearn your driving style.

I have a 1998 Chevy blazer it starts but when it warms up Bout ten mins the engine shuts down

How long since a tune-up? Are there any applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free.
When the vehicle stalls, does it restart quickly or do you have to wait awhile? If it cranks good but you have to wait awhile to get it to start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also check fuel injector pulse.

Drive for awhile then car cuts off wait awhile then it starts up again

Check the wiring harnesses at the fuel rail and injectors. had the same issue with a ford expedition would run then die thought it was just getting hot and shutting down found that it had a short in plug at one of the injectors and it only did it intermitently. replaced the harness no issues followed after repairs.

Engine dies after driving awhile have to wait for awhile then will start back up? 1984 chevy p/u two wheel drive

sounds like your fuel pump is going out- Happens after a while- the pump will operate and after it gets hot it wont pump the proper pressure and the engine will stall out and be impossible to start until the pump cools then it starts up again
