The ECM fuse should be located under the hood in the fuse box. The bottom side of the lid will tell you which one it is.

the ECU-IG fuse is NOT in the Engine Compartment on Toyota Camry Wagon LE V6, it is located on j/B No 1, to the right of the ubiquitous fuse panel behind the change cup.
Starting in 1995, this Model was built in Lexington KY.

This is according to the Toyota Service manual. It may be different on the Japanese built Sedans, of which I have no experience.

SOURCE: fuse box location for a 1992 camry v6

You have 2 fuse centers in this model, one should definitely be under the hood in plain view. The other, which is probably the one in question, is behind the small change or storage compartment to the left and under the steering column on the driver's side of the vehicle. Locate this small compartment and gently unhinge it from the dash assy. by pulling it away from its mounting. The fuse panel your looking for should be there. The fuse location and descriptions should be on the backside of the removed compartment

For a 2002 Toyota Camry, what fuse is for the check engine light? There are 3 ECU fuses - ECU-B, ECU-ACC and ECU-IG ( all info states to check the ECU fuse) - thanks

It is doubtful that a fuse has caused the engine malfunction light to come on. The 3 fuses you described are for Body, Accessory, and Ignition.
I recommend either borrowing or purchasing a cheap OBD II code reader to determine the OBD error code as that is the only way to know what has caused the IML to turn on and properly diagnose/fix the issue. Good luck!

Efi fuse blows when car strts wher is the efi located

NO YEAR stated (old post)
there is no EFI fuse. sorry,
the ECU has 3 fuses.
FI, Dome, and IG-coil
all 3 run the ECU.

but knowing the correct name makes reading the FSM better.
my guess 2 is you lost the fuse box cover and cant read the names.
guessing year at 91 -95

the ECU fuse blows page. is here
http://www.fixkick.com/power-elect/blows-fuse.html

top reasons.
ECU bad CAPS
shorting fuel pump (they pull 4amps normal) if 10amps or
more they blow the fuse and or causes the ECU to click relays

95 geo tracker will not start

do you mean , no crank or no start? I'll guess at cranks ok , no start.
you stated, Ign. term is dead, that is not the Suzuki name.
my guess is this car is a 16valve MPI 1.6L Suzuki, G16B
and this car is EFI.
and this car has 3 power fuses for the ECU, 3.
IG-coil
FI
dome.
if IG-fuse is above the right knee, replace that.
use a volt meter on both pins if fuse, see 12v, key on>?
I guess the CEL lamp dont glow key on, showing a DEAD ECU?
The Cel must glow, if not, its burned out,or ECU has no power. etc.
ever possible no start is here.

2001 camry : Interior fuse box - has a black (fuse ??) filled with molded epoxy with numbers 90980-04066. Wonder what it is and what does it control? Secondly it is blown and does not show continuity. I...

The black (fuse) is a diode. it only lets electricity run one way. By putting a regular fuse in its place you may have blown the ECM. Diodes are used for 2 things , the ECM and the A/C compressor. The first thing to do is have the codes read. If even the code readers you can buy from the auto parts store wont read the ECM, Then I'm afraid the ECM has been trashed. You will have to take it to a garage to get this verified.

Is there a reset switch for my 1992 toyota camry

Hi,
Here is a detailed solution on how to reset your 1992 camry;
1.Open the fuse panel cover in the driver's side footwell by pulling down on the fuse panel cover.
2.Locate the fuse for the electronic control unit, or ECU.
3.Pull the ECU fuse using the fuse pullers in the fuse panel.
4.
Turn the ignition to the "On" position and wait five minutes. Then reinsert the fuse. The check engine light will blink several times before going out.
This will reset the computer on your 1992 Camry

Thanks..

95 Camry interior lights don't work

The ecu-ig fuse is for the ignition from the Electronic Control Unit, or computer. The SRS fuse is for the Supplemental Restraint System, that is for the air bag system. The dome light is fused with a 7.5A fuse called "dome", which is up in the engine compartment junction block #2, on the inside of the left front wheel well. The "dome" fuse is in the lower left quadrant of the block.

95 Camry interior lights don't work

Do not pull those two. ECU deals with the computer. SRS is for like the air bags and seatbelts. Look for a fuse that says something like int lgt or dome or dash, something like that. Should probably be 10 amp, yellow I think?

If you can't find it email me at [email protected].
