I changed battery for a 97 Toyota camary me and now it want start but will crank

Mark the old hinge with a scribe unbolt the hinge and fit new one,line up with marks and tighten bolts

Toyota vehicles can be finicky after the battery is disconnected and often tend to stall out. The problem will correct itself after a few start-run-shutdown cycles as the ECU has to relearn the engine trims.

does the car cranks can you hear the starter cranking? if is not cranking ck your battery.

charge or, replace the battery and, or cables

check the starter and the timing and the timing belt

check the fuses and circuit breakers near battery i'll bet one of them popped.
