Check to see if the mirrors share a fuse with another circuit, if fuse is good, check for 12v at the mirror, if no voltage check for 12v going to the power mirror switch. If no voltage check for 12v at the ignition circuit that feeds 12v to the power mirrors.
well you might want to look under the hood in the engine compartment for a fuse block. It will be located on the passenger firewall and will have a cover that you will need to remove in order to see the MAIN fuses that run power to everything including the ECM. If you arent familiar with your cars engine electronics, I suggest purchasing an owners manual if you dont already have one and look up in the tune up section , where to replace the the fuses. Start with checking your fuses. If by chance that you check all fuses and dont find any that need replacement, you have either a bad a/c pump or bad fan motor or even bad switch on the dash. If it was your a/c pump lots of times you will know right away by the pump freezing and the belt breaking. The fan motor would be noticeable by not running in at all for heat, vent or a/c. The switch would be noticeable by not working at all. Thats only if all fuses are good upon inspection and no wires have been recently tapped into or damaged .
Easiest way to do that is grab your owners manual. There are two fuse boxes in that car. One under the hood on the left side, same area as your battery charge terminal, and the other is under the back seat, with the battery. There are fuse charts in the owners manual. Just look for fuses and relays that relate to the doors, locks, and windows. Pull them and check. If you arent sure, just replace it with a new one, fuses are inexpensive!!! Take care :-)
wire may have pinched to ground and melted on any of those items you mentioned. use a voltmeter with continuity, and put one lead on the chassis ground, and probe either side of the fuse receptacle. if you get a beep.... you have alot of work ahead of you sniffing out the problem!
I had a problem on a 91 Civic DX where the drivers auto seat belt
wouldnt move and the beeper would not stop.Had a blown seat belt
fuse.Replaced the fuse no more problem. The Seat belt fuses are located
under the red cover that covers the positive battery terminal. On mine
the fuse closest to the font of the car was for the drivers side auto
seat belt the one closest to the windshield is for the passager seat
belt. They are green and rated at 30A.
a bad fuse ...keep looking .....otherwise the main acc power/ or ground to all those dash areas has been cut or compromised...retrace your steps backwards
