Is the liquid coolant?

Testimonial: "Sorry water was caused by a jug, fan fuse keeps blowing, causing car to overheat, how do I stop blowing 25 amp fuse"

If a fuse blows then there is a short in the wiring or in whatever that fuse powers up, so there is no clear answer to what is the source of the short, you will need to determine the wire colors and what the fuse powers and check the whole circuit until the short is isolated. Even professional tech's hate this kind of a repair. Very time consuming in many cases, then once in awhile you get lucky. I did electrical diagnosis and repair my whole career, to me it is fun, not so much to others.

Driver side back seat floorboard soaking wet just replace radiator and thermostat and it's overheating what could be the problem on a 2001 Ford Mustang

Is the floor also wet under the dash? This could be a lot of things why your car is running hot. Could be a head gasket, cracked cylinder head or block, stopped or restricted radiator, water pump impeller faulty with broken vanes, stopped up heater core, cracked water jacket and or a leaking intake manifold gasket. So as I stated could be a slew of causes. You'll have to actually diagnose the cause by checking from the easiest cause to the hardest.

If it works with the passenger side switch but not the drivers switch, I would look at the drivers switch for the problem.

Water leak after rain, rear floorboards soaked? HELP!

a couple things to look at if it has a sunroof the sun roof would have drain hoses that run down in each corner next you need to look at the cowl this is the section in front of the windshield that has a drain on it as well if you find nothing there the next step would be to remove the seats and carpet and sit in the car while running water over it either way you should remove the carpet and make sure it is dry all the way threw or mold will start to grow and you will never get ride of it not good for your heath other key spots to look at is if the windshield was ever replaced it could be a poor seal
