What is a neutral safety switch? The PRNDL switch is on passenger side of transmission. Pull passenger side front tire off and and it's visible. You have to remove a metal cover, two bolts. Is it a manual or automatic? If it is a manual, there may be a safety interlock switch on the clutch. An automatic has a neutral safety switch. Either could be bad or possible power to the starter. Let me know and I can help further
