Car slow to start in the morning, will start after

If it is cranking intermittently then there are lots of items to check. First is your battery in good health? Five years old is old in car life for batteries. Does it have the correct battery? Is the water in the battery at a correct level? Are the connections very clean and tight. Does the engine block have a strong ground connection. Is your starter OK? Starting relay good?
I once had a Camry that gave me fits with intermittent starting. I attached an indicator light in the cab, that was connected directly to the starter solenoid. When you turn the key the light would come on. Finally one time when it did not start but the light was ON then the problem was in the starter! It was in the soleniod, bad, charred connections. Intermittent problem are the worst! Good luck.

1995 HONDA CIVIC HARD TO START

Get the fuel injectors checked, the rubber seal may be eroded from sitting. When the seals are dry, it will run rough until the gasoline soaks them which causes them to expand. Although you may not see an error message on the dash, the computer itself may signal a problem in particular. It may be an Oxygen or MAF Sensor too.
