Run the fault codes to check for sensor problems
It could be the volume air sensor ( air density sensor) that is a problem
I am inclined to think that the problem is more electrical as high humidity allows condensation in a distributor cap that is shorting out the spark
when the engine is hot ,that moisture is gone but on cooling down ,condensation again forms causing the fault

Sometimes the computer starts a test run automatically. Once the engine didn't start. Later it did.

No this is not a "computer running a test" You need to have the fuel pressure tested when you have these no start or hard start events.

1994 camry won't start after cleaning under the hood check dist. cap replaced spark plugs sounds like its going to start then doesn't.

Sounds like wet or moist spark plug wires. If this also occurs during early morning high dew point humid air, then you may have spark plug wires shorting out.

Replace wires.

I am driving a 1994 Hyundai 1.6 GLS Elantra. I find it difficult to start in the morning. Sometimes I will swing my battery flat. This onlu happens in the morning otherwise it starts normal during the...

You may have a leaking fuel injector that is flooding the intake with fuel while it sits overnight. Try holding the throttle in the wide open position while trying to start the engine. This will allow the maximum amount of air to enter the combustion chambers. If it is a flooding problem this should get it started a little quicker. If the engine has not been tuned up recently, a new set of spark plugs could do wonders for the early morning start up. Get a premium spark plug such as NGK Iridiums. My personal preference is a plug called E3.

Need to recharge my A/C. This one has front and rear A/C. Most guages say not to go over 45psi. Is this the same for the bigger systems like mine? I have it at 45 psi right now and it's cool not cold like...

Without knowing where you are or the temp/humidity conditions it's a tough call. You should understand this:too much freon is just as bad as not enough when it comes to A/C performance.Have someone help with this.Run the engine at about 2,000 rpm for 4-5 minuets,A/C on,fan on high speed. On a 70-75 deg.F day with moderate humidity, I would like to see 30-35 psi low side,225-250 high side.(even 275 isn't too bad). The hotter/more humid the day,the higher both pressures will be.Holding the engine rpm while testing is very important! If you see over 40 psi low side you could be over charged.Make sure the radiator fan(s)are working properly.

What causes clattering or clicking sound when you start it up early in the morning on a 1993 lincoln mark viii?

Sounds like lack of lubrication on the camshaft, especially if the sound goes away after 10 sec. or so.
If you are on a cold climate, shift to a lighter oil weight, such as 5W-30. Other option is to use commonly available oil superlubricants/ additives. Origin of problem is that oil gets drained down during the night, camshaft gets dried up, and on first start in the morning, oil pump works hard to pump the heavy oil to the top of the engine. On hotter climates, some oil stays attached to the camshaft and valve lifters.

Transmission shifts early (Is this normal?)

the reason it might be shifting so early is because of the gear ratio in the rear end of the truck. it is common in the 2 wheel drive basic model pickup because they were designed to work not travel.
