FUEL FILTER IS WITH THE IN TANK FUEL PUMP.

get the battery and charging system checked. The crank sensor has nothing to do with the car turning over. It only purpose is to tell the computer where cylinder 1 is so it can fire the engine.

To us not turning over means the engine is not moving so if you worded this wrong then maybe you meant it will not fire, If this is the case there are several reasons for this and the first thing you need to do is retrieve any codes if they exist. If no codes are stored you may have a bad intermittant fuel pump problem. This is a common symptom that it will do like you have stated. Only diagnostics will find the cause.

If specified levels of corrosion damage have occurred as described in this bulletin, replace the front subframe with a new subframe that incorporates additional holes in the upper and lower panels. If a front subframe does not require replacement, add drainage holes and treat the subframe with rust-proofing material.

you have to remove the AC panel from the back side... the virtical console pops out and you can disconnect it (wire harness connectors) to get to it.
