Is the proper radiator cap fitted

try replacing the thermostat. it shouldnt cost very much at all if you buy it and install it yourself. i had to do it to mine and its a fairly easy repair.

dealership is the best place. they should be able to email you the diagram. also, I've found autozone to be pretty helpful, plus they have free online manuals. check it out. Their thermostat part number is 3548.

most likely you have either a plugged radiator or blown head gasket.one way to check if its a head heating than you know its a head gasket.But when u reove the thermostat open the radiator cap before you run.after you remove the cap astart the vehicle and check for good circulation in radiator.Hope this helps.

you've got a possible blockage in the head or block.

you can install a lower temp rated thermostat like 180 degrees instead of (195 stock)

If you follow the to radator hose back to the engine the thermostat is located in the housing that the hose is clamped to.
