My mazda engine car over heats and it doesnt move fast enough

stop pumping the accelerator because it sounds like you are flooding the engine. 1 press when cold is more than enough

Better check your engine mountings are in sound condition.
Accelerating will keep the engine taught but idling and high speeds will allow the engine to move about

spark plugs ,,or ignition distribution is my main concern ..have your fuel filters changed as well as injectors cleaned ,,,that will probably solve it fast...go to your auto zone have them read it free

Can't adj..clean your IAC. Idle Air Control valve, or possibly replace it. The Computer adj's you idle by this valve moving in and out, it gets carboned up and does'nt move like it should.

Well i hope its not the oil pump because the oil pump works with the speed of the engine when it turns and as you know when the engine turns fast the oil pump turns fast too and the more you accelerate the faster the oil pump turns, that means there is more pressure of the oil to go up top the engine and when the engine idles, The pump turns slowly, and doesnt pump enough oil up top the engine and the oil pressure switch dosent detect any oil passing by then it send a message that the pressure is low. So check your oil pressure during idle. Good luck Bro

poss injector dribble, leaking injectors fill pots over night does the engine spin over fast first try in the morning depressing the gas pedal to the floor make a NO FLOOD condition in the vehicle so it will not deliver any more fuel what do you think, possible?

Try changing the fuel filter. If it clogs up the engine won't get the fuel it needs to run at wide throttle openings, the engine will ****** the timing, and you'll lose power. With less throttle the filter can flow well enough for the engine to run properly.

Check the exhaust system for catlytic converter blockage.

this sounds like a mass air flow sensor problem. they make a cleaner for the m.a.f. try that first and see if your problem goes away. if not you might have to replace the m.a.f.

First thing to check would be, is alternator belt tight enough?
