How do u know if your ac/heater control panel is out on a 97 lincoln town car

Hello Natasha Langford,
..
It looks very much like the one in my
OLD Lincoln NAVIGATOR.

Ford has unique part numbers on all of their parts...
Like: F7VH-19C933-AA

You can call your local friendly parts dealer... Auto dismantlers have cross-over books... they can use to assist in such situations..

I don't know if any serious COMMUNITIES OF INTEREST
have formed (clubs) around 20 year old Lincolns... but I'm POSITIVE the antique folks could tell you how to begin...

Fr myself I'd copy the part number off of the PART in question...
and post it on eBay... and the rest of the internet

I have a Lincoln Mark VII Locked in Park won't start

There may be a wire loose. Lie on the driver floorboard with a flashlight shining up into the dash panel. Look up above the brake pedal. Tighten any loose connections you see. Good luck.

97 lincoln continental says door is ajar.

the door switches are part of the door latch, the easiest way to remedy this is to spray liberal amounts of WD40 into each latch and open and close the each door a few times, this should loosen up the latch and solve your problem.

Hope this helps.
