On mine you have to open the driver's side door and it is on side of the dashboard
Check your owners manual, it will tell you. look for fuses in the index in the back of it.

it in the tank so your gonna either gonna have to drain the tank and lower it to the ground,it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.make sure you put the seal back in right,so it won't leak,it aint very hard.

It is inside the left frame rail below the drivers door, you need a special tool to release the filter from the line. filter just snaps into its metal holder. Good luck and you can get the fuel line quick release tool at most Auto Parts store.
