cylinder head bolts:

step one: 22 Ft-lbs.
step two: tighten additional 90 degrees
step three: tighten additional 90 degrees

What are the torque specs for the piston rods and head bolts

The connecting rod bearing cap nut on a four cylinder is 40 ft-lbs. The cylinder head bolts are torqued in four steps.1-45 ft-lbs 2-65 ft-lbs 3-65 ft-lbs 4 1/4 additional turn after reaching torque specification. On the V-6 & V-8 the connecting rod cap nuts at 45 ft-lbs and the headbolts are torqued in two steps 1-50 ft-lbs and 2-105 ft-lbs. Hope this will help you.

Go to a auto parts store (Pep Boys, Auto Zone, Advance, O'Reilly's, etc. ...they all have vehicle specific manuals for sale that will have a section on torque values.

SOURCE: What is the engine torque

This should get ya going -

Head Bolts are 70-75 ft lbs.
rod bolts are 21-21 ft lbs.
main bearing 60-70 ft lbs.
fly wheel 75-85 ft lbs.
harmonic damper 85-100 ft lbs.
exhaust 13-18 ft lbs.
Rocker Shaft 30-35 ft lbs.
1,5,3,6,2,4 cast into the intake head is the firing order most of the time.
