You really do need to burp the radiator after replacing it, but that should make the A/C not work. I suspect there is a connector that came off of a pressure sensor on the A/C condenser. That condenser is right next to radiator.

I did burp the radiator very well. I can not find the pressure sensor. Do I need to pull the radiator back out to get to the A/C condenser?

I had a TSX, not a TL, but I am pretty sure the condenser is right in front of the radiator and looks much like a smaller radiator. I think the sensors are on the side of the engine compartment. If you see the canister with the little sight glass, you can follow those lines to see where they attach to the compressor and condenser. You will see at least one place where wires are connected.

My compressor for a acura tl 2006 was replaced i find that the air that comes out now is cool not real cold it works fine at nite or when its raining i live in south fl

Make sure the electric AC fan (at the radiator/ condenser) is coming on when the ac is turned on. You have to be sure the proper amount of Freon was installed & all of the air was vacuumed out upon installation of that compressor. U may want to return it to the installer to double check, & check for leaks. Good luck Check that fan first. The ac fan

My 1999 Acura tl overheats a little with the AC on. I changed out the thermostat and it still does it. what else could it be?

Does the cooling fan(s) work ? Could there be anything blocking the radiator air flow ?
Are you sure the cooling system is full of coolant and has no air pockets ?

The "check radiator system" light is on. The fans are working but starts to overheat but not consistanly.

Check coolant level . Have someone very familiar with acuras look at it . may have air in the system and they can be tricky to burp. You do not want this engine to run hot. It will not forgive you.
