This vehicle doesn't have a blower motor resistor ! It has a blower motor control module , if you have automatic climate control !
If manual climate control , then there is a blower motor resistor assembly !
Blower Motor Control Processor The blower motor control processor controls the speed of the blower motor by increasing or decreasing the voltage drop on the ground side of the blower motor. The HVAC control module provides a low side pulse width modulated signal to the blower motor control processor over the blower motor speed control circuit. As the requested blower speed increases, the HVAC control module increases the amount of time that the speed signal is modulated to ground. As the requested blower speed decreases, the HVAC control module decreases the amount of time that the signal is modulated to ground.
Air Speed - Front Control
The blower motor forces outside air into the vehicle's interior. The vehicle operator determines the blower motor's speed when the driver places the blower switch in one of 5 blower speeds. The blower motor will always operate in any switch position other than OFF, as long as the ignition switch is in the RUN position. The blower motor and mode switches are located within the HVAC control module. The blower motor OFF input is connected in series with the HVAC control module by the off blower motor control circuit.
Depending upon the selected speed, power is provided to the blower motor from either the ignition 3 voltage or battery positive voltage circuits from the fuse block. The battery positive voltage circuit only provides power when the High blower switch position is selected. Power and ground are provided to the HVAC control module by the ignition 3 voltage and the ground circuits.
Low Blower Speed When the Low 1 blower speed is selected, the HVAC control module applies voltage to the blower motor resistor assembly through the low blower motor control circuit. Voltage is divided between 4 series resistors, a blower relay, and the blower motor to achieve the desired blower speed. The blower motor is grounded through the ground circuit.
Medium Blower Speeds When the Medium 1 blower speed is selected, the HVAC control module applies voltage to the blower motor resistor assembly through the medium 1 blower motor control circuit. Voltage is divided between 3 series resistors, a blower relay, and the blower motor to achieve the desired blower speed. The blower motor is grounded through the ground circuit.
When the Medium 2 blower speed is selected, the HVAC control module applies voltage to the blower motor resistor assembly through the medium 2 blower motor control circuit. Voltage is divided between 2 series resistors, a blower relay, and the blower motor to achieve the desired blower speed. The blower motor is grounded through the ground circuit.
When the Medium 3 blower speed is selected, the HVAC control module applies voltage to the blower motor resistor assembly through the medium 3 blower motor control circuit. Voltage is divided between a series resistor, a blower relay, and the blower motor to achieve the desired blower speed. The blower motor is grounded through the ground circuit.
High Blower Speed When the High blower speed is selected, the HVAC control module applies voltage to the blower motor resistor assembly through the high blower motor control circuit. The voltage energizes the blower relay, causing the blower motor to be connected directly to the battery positive voltage circuit. The blower motor and blower motor relay are grounded through the ground circuit.

Blowe switch does not work

OK, if it's not working on a certain speed or even all speeds, replace your blower motor resistor located under or behind the glovebox. Very common problem. Check the male ribbon connector, make sure it's not fried, otherwise you'll need to buy a pigtail and splice a new connector in. Lower the glovebox door to access connector, and remove plastic kick piece below that to access the resistor from below. Make sure you tell the autoparts store you have manual controls as there is a difference in the resistor versus the auto climate control.

Air only works on speed 5

If you have auto climate control, replace the blower motor controle module.

If you have Manual climate control, replace the blower motor resistor assembly.

Both are in the same place, on the bottom of the blower motor itself. Take off the plastic kick piece at the bottom of the glovebox to access the bottom. You'll see small screws holding the piece to the blower motor. From there, empty your glovebox and open it. You'll see an access hole to the left, stick you finger in there and depress the spring loaded piece to drop the door upside down. There you'll have access to the electrical connector from the blower resistor to the blower motor. Very easy job and is a very very common thing to go bad.

Air conditioner blower not operating. Checked fuse. It is good.

If its the climate contol knobs, 1-5 dial speed ,i had no air or heat! my blower not working .there is a heater-blower relay located on blower motor housing. take off cover below glove compartment. you can go to auto zone for $30 and get one plug in the pigtails. you can also check blower motor with a voltmeter, but i didnt have.So 3 screws i took off and blower motor came down. i hooked 2 alligator clips to blower motor and touched 2 to the battery 1 to positive and 1 to negative ,blower motor spun . it was good ,relay was bad. $30 CHEAP FIX AND 1 HOUR OF CRAMPED SPACE !!! THIS IS FOR MANUAL KNOBS

My heater puts out heat however the blower motor does no run

I am going to assume that you have the Automatic climate control on your car. it gives you an auto fan mode, and temperature options. Often the problem does not lie in the blower motor, but rather, the climate control module. Often, the blower motor only works on Auto fan mode, or on full out. It will often also only operate in certain modes, such as only in defrost mode, or panel. I have had several town cars and Grand Marquies of these era's and have had the same problems with 2 of these cars. The only good solution to the issue is to replace the climate control module, which is the panel with all of the switches for the heater controls. If you're really adventurous or cannot find the replacement part, it may be possible to hard wire the fan to a multi resistance switch, but you really got to know what you're doing.

Blower fan does not work on low or medium only on high. Lx model has auto climate control. wondering if it is blower motor, blower resister, or control (bad contacts). All buttons work on climate control....

Sounds like the problem is more with the blower motor assembly itself. The blower motor have micro-proccers built itnto them which comunicate with the control heads and do the actual regulating of the fan motor. Dealers have computers with diagnostic software which allows them to monitor what is happening in the eletronic controls of the vehicle. Electronic diagnostics without the diagnostic software makes it very diffecult to pinpoint the actual item causing the problem.
