Drivers side window does not work. all other windows work ok. Honda Accord Year 2000. tried different master switches but same issue. how can you tell if it is definitely a new switch required please?

If you had 3 windows go out at the same time. Could be the master switch or the wiring. It usually breaks in the rubber boot at the front of the drivers door jam. If they died one at a time, then most likely the window regulator.

Hi" make sure your window lock is not active on drivers window switches if ok replace passenger side window switch,its not your motor ,it would,t work whit driver side switch

tap the motor with a rubber mallet to free it up if it doesnt work then look at the gear assemblie to see if they are turning the rails to pull on the window.

Sounds like the switch panel on the door. Wife's Intrepid had same problem. Put in new switch and works fine.

you need a drivers side door master switch and after replacing that you'll need to reproggram your key fob/remote
