SOURCE: door locks and unlooks its self and hazard lights

sounds like the body control module has gone bad. have the vehicle scanned - a multiple amount of BCM codes will confirm this. only other suspicion would be if there is an aftermarket alarm / remote starter could cause these symptoms.

Turn signal hazard lights work but not running lights

The parking lights should be on a different circuit from turn signals - hazard lights. The bulbs usually have two filaments, one for each circuit.
On most models there is a tail light fuse and relay that handles front and rear parking lights.

'98 caravan signal, brake and hazard lights work.

Start by checking the fuses. The parking & headlamps work off the same switch. The back-up lamps are on a different switch, which is activated at the transmission.

No power lock, park light when off

you can look to the left of your stearing wheel and there is an "ashtray"/ cubby hole you pull that down and out. There lies your fuses. On the ashtray itself on the side of it tells you what each one is and what amp it is. Thery are picture coded but pretty self explanitory. Hope this helps you out. Have a good one!
