did you change the right one there is two sensor 1 o2 sensors also toyota systems a picky and after market o2 sensors will not always work right

NEED TO KNOW THE LOCATION OF BANK 1 SENSOR 2 ON A 2001 TOYOTA AVALON

If single exhaust pipe, look for the bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor to be either stuck into the side of the catalytic converter or just downstream of it.

If dual exhaust pipes, look for the bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor to be just downstream of the catalytic converter for the bank of cylinders that contain cylinder 1.

Check the front lights. Usually if i flashes fast it indicate a bulb is out on that side.

Where is the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) connector on the car.

It is under the dashboard, driver side. White, oblong female connector. One row of pins not as long as the other.
