You have a direct short to ground on that power feed circuit . You need to find a power distribution diagram to see what all gets is power from that fuse . Isolate the circuits till the fuse doesn't blow any more , then trace out that circuit that blows the fuse .

Which Ignition fuse ? Which fuse box is it in ? under hood , passenger compartment ?
IGN A
40A
Ignition Switch RUN, START, RUN/START/ACCY
IGN B
40A
Ignition Switch RUN/ACC, RUN/START
Could be ignition switch problem , Chevy has had problems with them .

I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand it keeps blow the ignition fuse now my dash and brake fuses blow! I use atuo door lock blows a fuse where do I start??

Remove the fuses to the circuits that blow. Then one at a time, install a fuse, turn any component on and see if it blows the fuse. Have you had an accident recently ? If so, maybe a wiring harness has been damaged and causing your problem.

2004 pt cruiser keeps blowing fuel pump fuse, replaced fuel pump, no change.runs rough at idle and stalls, blows fp fuse, also replaced ign.coil, plug wires and plugs also changed relays

There are two fuses for the fuel pump relay. One fuse is load side of relay, that fuse also sends voltage to load side of asd relay, the asd relay sends voltage to several systems, two of which are the fuel injectors and ignition coil. I'm not telling you to replace, anything, but, you need to do some testing.
The other fuse goes to control side of relay, smaller amp fuse. I don't know the amp rating of the fuse that keeps blowing.
See that fuse, it supplies voltage to load side of fuel pump relay and also to asd relay.

40 amp ignition fuse keeps blowing on my 1998 Chevy ST 2WD

You have a short to ground on that circuit , find a wiring diagram an see what all is on that fuse . So far I see the ignition switch an starter relay ! Does it blow right away when you replace it or do you have to turn on the ignition switch ?

What causes#37 fuse to keep blowing on 2004 chrysler pacifica

The fuse goes to the auto shutdown relay from there it goes to two powertrain control modules. Test the relay or replace or there is a short in the system
