Call Toyota customer service number that is in the owners manual or look it up online. Have the VIN of the car available and they will tell you if you have any open recalls. It is likely that the airbag has been recalled.

What recalls on a 2009 honda accord?

Recall Date:
NOV 18, 2009
Model Affected:
2009 Honda Accord
Summary:
HONDA IS RECALLING AFTERMARKET FULL NOSE MASKS, PART NUMBER 08P35-TA0-100 AND 08P35-TA6-100 MANUFACTURED BETWEEN AUGUST 9, 2007 THROUGH DECEMBER 11, 2007. THE ACCESSORY WAS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR MODEL YEAR 2008-2010 HONDA ACCORD 4-DOOR VEHICLES. IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE NOSE MASK MATERIAL TO INTERFERE WITH PART OF THE HOOD LATCH. IF THE HOOD HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY CLOSED AND THE NOSE MASK INTERFERES WITH THE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH MECHANISM THE HOOD MAY POP OPEN WHILE THE VEHICLE BEING DRIVEN.
Consequences:
THIS MAY RESULT IN REDUCED DRIVER VISIBILITY THAT COULD INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Remedy:
HONDA IS ASKING OWNERS TO PLEASE REMOVE THE NOSE MASK IMMEDIATELY AND CALL ANY AUTHORIZED HONDA DEALER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO RETURN THE NOSE MASK AND HAVE IT REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON MARCH 2009. OWNERS MAY CONTACT HONDA CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-800-999-1009.

Recall Date:
AUG 04, 2011
Model Affected:
2009 Honda Accord
Summary:
HONDA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2005-2010 ACCORD, 2007-2010 CR-V, AND 2005-2008 ELEMENT PASSENGER CARS MANUFACTURED FROM JULY 1, 2004, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 3, 2010. THE OUTER RACE OF THE SECONDARY SHAFT BEARING MAY BE BROKEN DURING CERTAIN DRIVING STYLES. A BROKEN OUTER RACE MAY CAUSE ABNORMAL NOISE, THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT TO TURN ON, AND ALLOW CONTACT BETWEEN THE TRANSMISSION IDLE GEAR AND AN ELECTRONIC SENSOR HOUSING WITHIN THE TRANSMISSION.
Consequences:
THIS COULD RESULT IN A SHORT CIRCUIT CAUSING THE ENGINE TO STALL. ADDITIONALLY, BROKEN PIECES OF THE OUTER RACE OR BALL BEARING FROM THE SECONDARY SHAFT MAY BECOME LODGED IN THE PARKING PAWL RESULTING IN THE VEHICLE ROLLING AFTER THE DRIVER HAS PLACED THE GEAR SELECTOR IN THE PARK POSITION. ENGINE STALL AND UNEXPECTED VEHICLE MOVEMENT INCREASES THE RISK OF A CRASH OR PERSONAL INJURY TO PERSONS WITHIN THE PATH OF A ROLLING VEHICLE

My Totota Venza's tire pressure light keep coming on very 6 weeks after driving it for a year. Only have 10K miles after 1 1/2 years. I have taken it back to dealer three times and will be a fourth...

No car defect - there is a normal amount of wear on your tires after 10K miles, and
one (or more) of the tires are starting to leak air just a little bit - which after 1.5 years and
10K miles is entirely expected.
What's happening is that the TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System) sensors (one in each tire)
are sending info to the car's computer telling it that there is low air in at least one tire.
To the TPMS, "low air" means a drop in air pressure of just a few percent (set by the
manufacturer). A drop in pressure in just one tire will light the dashboard light.
The spare (temporary) tire is not monitored by the TPMS, and typically carries a pressure
of 60 PSI.
According to http://www.safercar.gov (NHTSA), a normal tire will lose as much as 1.5 PSI
per month as air escapes the tire and rim naturally.
The 2009 Toyota Venza utilizes the "direct" TPMS system (as opposed to the indirect), which is
explained by the Wikipedia article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TPMS

If you or dealer suspect the TPMS sensor(s) in one or more tires, they can be purchased on the aftermarket from sites like www.rockauto.com, www.carpartsdiscount.com, et.al. After the new TPMS sensor(s) are installed,
you (or your garage),must re-teach the TPMS system its new sensors using the following procedure: (1) let the car sit stationary on its wheels (not lifted) for at least 20 minutes, then
test drive the car for at least 10 minutes at a continuous speed of 15 MPH or greater. During the
test drive, the TPMS dashboard light should go out.
