Are you sure you bled all the air out of the cooling system? This is the symptom of trapped air. There should be little bleeder valves on the engine near the thermostat, they kind of look like front end grease fittings. Open them up while filling and have the front of the vehicle raised to help the air escape.
How long does it take to do and how will i know for sure all air is out? Cause i did what you said with bleeders for an hour just when id start getting heat then id loose it
Maybe there is an air temperature control blend door problem? Maybe the heater is getting hot, feel the lines to the heater core from the engine the larger hose is the inlet side, if that hose is hot the heater is getting hot but the air is not being directed over it by a faulty blend door and or actuator.

SOURCE: 2006 Chevy equinox ls 3.1 how do you bleed the radiator coolant system
If you look on the passenger front of the engine you should see a pipe coming up from the water pump housing. There should be a bleeder screw on the top. use a 9/32" socket to loosen the bleeder. Start the engine and keep bleeder open until coolant comes out. Close it and let the engine come up to temp while periodically opening the bleeder to let any additional air out. Keep an eye on the coolant level and top off as necessary.
