Welcome to a USA forum
but guess what we don't have KB here.
zero.
no books, no nothing.
if you search here you see this asked like 1000 times
and no answers. mostly.
see why?
no year stated, do you know car books are indexed by years.
and then engine.
no country stated,
and guess, what, that matters. big time.
the African KB is not like the Australian KB, not by much.

where are you.? bet like the 2nd KB owner to say,
what year. car.
GOOGLE this, "ISUZU KB forum."
warning, they will ask the same questions. as they must.

Isuzu 320 v6 engine timing settings

The timing settings for the Isuzu 320 V6 engine will depend on the specific year and model of the engine, as well as the type of timing system it uses. However, here are the general steps for setting the timing on a typical Isuzu V6 engine:
  1. Remove the timing cover: Start by removing the timing cover to access the timing components.
  2. Locate the timing marks: Locate the timing marks on the crankshaft and camshaft sprockets. The marks may be visible on the sprockets themselves or on the timing cover.
  3. Rotate the engine: Use a socket and breaker bar to rotate the engine until the timing marks on the crankshaft and camshaft sprockets are lined up as specified in the service manual.
  4. Check the tensioner: Check the timing belt tensioner to ensure it is properly adjusted and functioning correctly. If the tensioner is worn or damaged, it should be replaced.
  5. Adjust the timing belt: If necessary, adjust the timing belt tension by loosening the tensioner bolt and moving the tensioner until the belt is at the correct tension. Then, tighten the tensioner bolt to secure the tensioner in place.
  6. Reinstall the timing cover: Once the timing belt is properly adjusted, reinstall the timing cover and any other components that were removed.
It is important to follow the manufacturer's recommended procedures for setting the timing on your specific Isuzu V6 engine to ensure proper operation and prevent engine damage. If you are unsure about the correct timing settings or procedures, it is recommended to consult a service manual or take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic for assistance.

How to install isuzu kb 350 camshaft and do the timing

do not guess timing on any engines, or risk valve damage.
the service manual covers all this.
no year car told or country , (an Iisuzu FASTER class truck)
KB350 , is in Africa or Down Under? guess it is 3.5L V6 (gm?)
Just so you know, the books are by country , maker ,model , year and chapters on the engine option there.
we have no KB in the USA ,not one.
it broke the the cam belt or stripped it out my guess.
seems too you bent over valves.
which engine is there or "wiki isuzu engines" and find it and tell it first.
or buy the shop manual from Isuzu.
The 2006 up is GM and is Interference engine and now damaged,
is this post a bingo,, ?????? there are 2 types 3.5L,

may be wrong there is no African wiki for KB350 or for any Australian bakkie ether, so facts super hard to find, not living there.

just this but I think is 1999 ISUZU TROOPER
https://www.fixya.com/cars/t15182528-isuzu_kb_350_v6_cam_timing_settings

I bet a by hand , keys in pocket only fails a leak down test.
cylinder leak down tool (common and nails here)
cranked by hand only, gently. (no need to bend valves more)
i think your 3.5L is SOHC or DOHC cam with belt drive cams.
KB was sold in AUSTRIALIA BUT NO 3.5l
SO AFRICA KB , 2013?
OUR OLD TROOPER HAD 3.5 SOHC.
6VD1 SOLD SOHC AND DOHC VERSIONS BOTH.
OR 6VE1-W 3.5L DOHC 24V V6 was introduced in 1998
AND SOME TO AFRICA ARE GM ENGINES.
SORRY CAN'T GUESS YOURS THE WIKI IS (VACUUM HERE)

I have an isuzu LX 320; the The 3 pistons on the passenger side are working; but those on the(drivers side} do not seem to be working; though all spark plugs are firing. What can be the problem?

no year car, stated, nor engine. nor country
welcome to USA forum, its best to state that and engine there.
its sure is V6, but which one???? some many made,
my guess is you have no timing light to seem that BANK fire wrong? "timing"?
that be like first trick out of the bag.
are you down under? (as in the land down under )
or africa, ?
Isuzu Frontier LX 320 V6 or
Isuzu KB 320 LX 4x2 P/U D/C
we dont have either of those 2 cars. or trucks. in the U.S.A.
nada, no cars, no books nothing. like that.
but some of our old 2004 and older have V6s
they dont see cars here now. they bugged out long ago.

id say the 3 pistons on that bank did not die.
but if the spark is hot on the dead bank then the coil pack is ok
if wired correctly , did you mess with that coil pack>?
if timed wrong then the cam belt slipped.

that is my wild guess, on a car never seen here.
ever.
next time man, up and say year, and country.
and if really savvy DISPLACEMENT of that V6

When to replace timing belt for isuzu kb 350 lx

generally timing belts are due for replacement at 60,000 miles or 100,000 klms
the manufacturer states that adverse operating conditions affect that period
when changing the belt good practice dictates that the crank and cam shaft seals , hydraulic tensioner and idler pulleys are all replaced with the belt
oil seals especially as oil will halve the life of a beit
