What should the pressure reading be on the AC low side of a 98 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L?

on average 45-55 psi low side , pressures are not based on make and model of car but outside temp , stick to gauge readings and you can't go wrong

Does a 2002 jeep grand cherokee have a low pressure ac switch

Yes.
It should be one of the ports on the compressor or the lines to the condenser. The low side port is smaller than the high side.

I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee and i cant figure out the difference between the high and low side is the low side gonna be on a metal pipe near the fire wall or on the compresure its self cause that is...

during the 1995 R12 was still in uses if you have 134a then you have the conversion here are the valve rule of thumb if the A/C pipes are thick you have the low pressure line the filter drier is a low pressure area, here the high pressure the condensor the thin line is the high pressure, go to the filter drier follow the thick line and you will find a valve that low pressure, go to the condensor the thin line you may even find a sight glass that area is the high pressure you should find a valve this is the high pressure

1996 jeep cherokee sport where do i add freon

Look for the a/c pipe that has a blue cap on it, that's the low pressure side where the freon goes.
The pipe with the red cap is the high pressure side, you don't put the freon in that one.
I can't tell you exactly where the connection is, different models are in different places.

How do I locate the low side ac system connection on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2WD - 4 door V6

the low side is the smaller valve, and should have a blue cap on it... if not, look for 2 black capped valves, and the smaller on it is the low side.... the larger is the high side... hope this helps you....
