2016 frontier fog lights not working after I installed the alarm on nissan 2016 frontier, the fog light switch will not light up neither fog lights with headlamps on.

My database won't have any wiring diagrams on a vehicle this new. Did your security system come with proper wiring instructions? Does the security system have a web site where they can troubleshoot for you? Maybe your vehicle owners manual will tell you which fuse/ relay does what? Sometimes the fuse box cover will have this info?
If you used dedicated circuits for voltage and ground, meaning you didn't splice into anything, I don't see the problem?
Put it back the way it was till you figure out the problem. I can't see anything from here.
