My car has problem of jerking on 10 30 and code comes up 2716

Error Code: P 2716
Description: Pressure ControlSolenoid "D" Electrical (Shift Solenoid Valve SLT)
Faults:
1. Open or short in shift solenoid valve SLT circuit
2. Shift solenoid valve SLT
3. ECM

You have a P-2716 code? Toyota is aware of this issue, and has issued a technical service bulletin to rectify your problem.

A replacement ECU (computer) is needed; and is a warranty covered item if you car has less than 80,000 miles on it.

Take the car to your nearest TOyota dealer and get the ECU replaced. If you have over 80K miles on it, please contact the TOyota Customer Experience Center at 1-800-331-4331 for further assistance.

Toyota is aware of this issue, and have issued a Technical Service Bulletin regarding that DTC Code; P-2716.

If your car is under 80,000 miles, Toyota will replace the ECM for you, for FREE. The ECM has an 8-year/80,000 mile warranty.

The P-2716 code is a known issue with the Corolla.

Toyota has produced an updated computer that rectifies this condition.

If your car has less than 80,000 miles on it, any Toyota dealer will perform the computer replacement for free, under warranty.

If your car has over 80,000 miles, please contact the Toyota Customer Experience Center, at 1-800-331-4331 for additional assistance.

Take your car to a Toyota dealership. Have them scan the car for trouble codes. If they come up with a P-2716 code, you need a new Engine Control Unit (the computer). If your car has under 80,000 miles on it, Toyota will replace it for free.

You have a bad engine ECU just bring your car to your local toyota dealer and and they will replaced it for free if your vehicle has less than 80,000 miles.

P-2716 is a known issue. Take the car to a Toyota dealer, you will need to replace the computer. If your car qualifies, it may be replaced for FREE.

Is the check engine light on? Does it have a P-2716 code displayed on a scan tool? If so, you need a electronic control unit (the computer), AND, it will be replaced free by your Toyota dealer if the vehicle is under 80,000 miles.
