I got a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager, and when my van heats up my right turn signal will blink a few times then stop, and when it's cool outside it works, is it a flasher problem?

SOURCE: WHERE IS TURN SIGNAL FLASHER

your turn signal flasher is located on the drivers side in the dash (Explaination) open the driver side door and look on the dash wherethe door closes against it and there is a little panel where your fuses go it should be in there.

SOURCE: heating doesnt work - no hot air in chrysler grand voyager

(check water/ antifreeze level first, make sure it's full, low water can cause it not to heat properly) it could possibly be either the thermostat- fairly cheap and easy to fix, great for DIY's- if that doesn't fix it, it could be heater core.

SOURCE: CHRYSLER town and country mini van turn signal/flasher

I have a 2005 Chrysler T&C. The turn signal would not work at all or activate incorrect side. The switch is easy to remove as described by dukecityman.

Once the switch is of, it has four screws holding it together.I took this apart to find that there was a circuit-board which was contaminated with dirt. wiped it of, put it back together, working fine.

If you take it apart use caution. there are parts on the "top" which will fall out. ( they go right back in) The circuit-board is on the "bottom" half. You really only need to take this part off. (less moving parts)

Your going to replace it anyway, whats the harm?

Radiator cooling fan wont turn off unless i pull the fuse. It has already worn down the battery several times. I have already purchased the relay switch but I am having trouble locating the original part....

The relay should be inside the engine bay bolted to the front of the engine bay behind the bumper under the main air filter housing. It's held on by 2 small bolts. You should be able to remove the air filter housing (the entire housing, not just the cover) and it should be right there. Just follow the wires coming from the fans to find it.

I have a 2000 Grand Voyager my steering wheel center is not work

The problem you have is a bad clockspring . There's a recall from Chrysler that you can check @ this link http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/ .
On the right side of the page you can see a link " recalls " , just enter the last 8 #s of the vin and check if the recall still open . If you never did this recall just take it to your local dealer to have them replace the clockspring on your mini van FREE of charge . Hope this help.
