John, as Dan H. stated look for pressure switch fluid in/on wires, also look for exhaust leak between the cylinder head and exhaust manifold, flange gasket, etc. which commonly can through the code P1195 and can cause the O2 to read a little out of wack.

Most likely the 1/1 O2 sensor. Make sure your power steering pressure switch is not leaking fluid into the wiring loom going down to the O2 sensor as this is a fairly common issue as well.
