Have a code PO1124 on 1996 Saab 900 what does it mean

It just means your Throttle Position Sensor is out of Self-Test Range. This is usually because your throttle linkage might be bent or binding or the throttle plate is not closing correctly. If the car runs and idles fine, I don't think it's anything to worry about. It may be that the sensor itself is not functioning properly.

1995 saab 900 convertible turn signals and brake lights not working

With the age of the car it could be that your grounds are bad somewhere which explains why essentially no lights work ... even though the bulbs/fuses are OK. You get power to these lights by having positive wires going to the light bulbs and the negative side of the circuit coming from the frame of the vehicle (referred to as the ground).
Pull all the connectors that you can see and make sure they are not corroded.
Check also that no associated relay that has anything to do with the rear lighting is not bad.

96 900 SE turbo, brake light and tail light failure on SID. go to put car in reverse and car stalls, Note, License plate bulbs are out as well as 1 of the rear fog light bulbs, don't know if that would...

1996 SAAB 900 SE Brakelight Failure SID info
- stalls in reverse etc.

The problem lies with the grounding point in the left rear body cavity on the floor, see the diagram.
Rust eventually destorys the ground and the car will not run in reverse nor do the backup lignts or the rear hatch defroster work amongst other things
Re-attach the grounding wire to an existing welded stud on the side body panel and the problem is solved.
