Might be a ground problem.
Not enough of a ground connection for the headlight and turn signal circuits. You may want to check the ground connections in that corner of the car. If it does it with just the parking lights on it could be a bad bulb socket front or back.

do you have the right light bulb? i own a 98 sentre and
it takes a 9004 bulb, but walmarts computer said to use 9007. That made the high beam censor stay on till i replaced it. if you look at the bulb you can tell if it is a dual or single beam bulb.!!!!

I switched one of the new bulbs with a working older bulb, and the problem went away. weird...
