When i use the brakes over 50 mph the front shakes. between 40 and 50 mph theres a little shaking, below 40mph its brakes smooths

A slight shimmy under braking is usually the result of a brake rotor that is not true. Sounds like you may have a warpped brake rotor...I would check that, and your front suspension componets for wear.... I hope this helps.

I think that the RPM issue sounds normal, there are overdrives and torque converter lock ups that change this reading...

On the brakes, get your rotors resurfaced. Their un parallelness and heat spots usually cause the roughness you describe. Carefully retorque the wheels, nuts in the correct order and in progressive tightness, so as to not bend the rotors at the end of this job...

The reset rate for vehicle computers vary by manufacturer, but 50-100 miles sounds good for the relearning process. As with the RPM's climbing unexpectedly, as a precaution I would look for a vacuum leak under your hood... it will be a hissing sound around some rubber hoses, as this can cause the RPM's to fluctuate and possibly give check engine light codes.

Look under your distributor cap. It should be clean have good metal contacts. Also look at the rotor button right under that. It should have a nice shiny metal contact. This spins under your distributor and fires your spark plugs. Wipe it with your finger or a rag and drive. If that was it...replace the cap and rotor.

Shakes heavily when braking over 50 mph.

The shaking would be from your front rotors. First, loosen the lugs and retighten them with a torque wrench (not an impact gun) to the proper setting as described by Toyota. If the lugs are tightened unevenly or too tightly, it will artifically warp your rotors. If this does not fix the issue, your rotors are most likely warped from overheating, or being sprayed with water while hot, or from age. Get new rotors (and pads - always use new pads with new rotors), install them, and torque your wheels properly, and you should be in good shape.
