Which one, ???
cig or power outlets. there are 3. of them 2 front 1 rear.
the number is
fuse 26 runs cig relay. main feed
fuse 29 runs cig relay coil.
both are in the JB, junction box.
power outlet rear is fuse 27 PDC
power outlet front is fuse 9 JB.

which one? there are 2.
well that is easy , the one marked CIG
the car has 2 fuse boxes, so my guess is you want to know which one.
the ZJ jeep it is. 95
the book is free.

fuse 5 in PDC, engine bay. or.
8w-11-10 shows fuse 19 in cab block.

the lid will be marked F19 CIG. 20amp fuse.

Fuse box diagram

it's in the fuse box, 1 of 2,
the cab fuse box is JB, the engine bay is PDC.
the fuse is marked, CIG.
the JB will have this fuse. in the cab.

i used google, and the 1st hit was it, ever use google?

get the oper, guide
or read the FSM. WJ FSM.

its there. shows the schematic and full fuse box data.
you could just check the fuses... no need for a book, at all
check them. if some are blown then they need to be replaced
or the short found.

Is it labeled 'cig ltr' on the fuse box?
Or sometimes there is a listing of the fuses on a sticker with the 'cig ltr' one being associated with a location or number.
