You experienced a bearing failure, do you mean the pilot bearing or the throw out bearing. Very odd to have pilot bearing go, unless very high mileage and was not changed when clutch was done.
Dodge diesel truck forums talk of problems with pilot bearings, not so much about Dodge gas.

How can you tell when the water pump on a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck with a 5.7 Hemi engine is going bad?

You could pull the serpentine belt and run the engine to see if the noise continues. The bearing for one of the pulleys could be failing, including the water pump and alternator.
It could also be the fan and fan clutch on the water pump.

Have issue with H.Santafe V6 5 speed manual 4WD, was driving slowly in first gear then the car stops ( smouth stop), tried to engage 1st, reverse..but nothing happens, when in gear with the cluth pedal...

All without warning. well it happens. This is what has happened, the clutch plate is probaly still good and release bearing and the clutch disk, there probably all good. Inside the transmission is the input trans bearing,This is held by an inner circlip, This part that is needed is called input shaft bearing.the good new is that you wont need a whole transmission just the front part. The shop you take it to all they have to do is remove the transmission as though they are doing a clutch job, then they'll take it one more step they have to remove the input clutch shaft and replace it.Its not an expensive part.it wears out just like a clutch.

I have an 06 dodge ram 1500 that stopped shifting at temp(manual)

The only time that I have ever seen anything happen like that was due to improper gear oil. You can try and drain the transmission and re-fill it with the proper gear oil, and usually you will want to use 80-90wt. GL-5, but you should make certain that you do use the right gear oil, especially if the transmission has newly processed gears.

My trany not shifting

I had the same problem with my1994 3-speed. I whent back and took both clutches apart and found a gasket that had not been seated properly and replaced it. workes fine. The lip of the gasket wouldn't go into the place it should. I assembled the disk put on ky jelly for lube and found a glass bowl that was about the same size. Putting the disk with with the gasket lip side down in the bowl so that the gasket was held very close. It was then in the same position as it should be when assembled. I then put the bowl in the freezer for an hour. when I took it out it stayed in the proper position. I just dropped it into the clutch assembly. Fit perfect no problem. Dan
