Can b many things....spark plugs/fuel service/bad sensors..ect
I'd start w plugs/fuel service and if that didn't help I may try a throttle relearn possibly....u can do all that itself for 20-30 bucks
your idle should be around 750 to 850 in park or neutral i don't know how it even runs at the rpm you listed. your vehicle should have a tps sensor "throttle positioning sensor" you might have to have it reset
